ST. PAUL, Minn., Friday, May 11, 2018 – The AgriBank Board of Directors has named Joseph M. Busuttil as an outside director on the board effective immediately.

Busuttil was selected from a national search to deepen the financial expertise on the board and as part of a broader initiative to strengthen governance. Busuttil holds a B.B.A. degree from Baruch College, C.U.N.Y. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a FINRA Series 27—Financial and Operations Principal license.

“We are fortunate to benefit from Joe’s extensive knowledge and experience navigating the increasingly complex and volatile financial landscape,” said Matthew Walther, AgriBank board chair.
