AgriBank Names Steven E. Cunningham as Outside Director


Veteran executive deepens financial expertise on AgriBank Board of Directors

Steven Cunningham – Appointed Director

ST. PAUL, Minn., January 11, 2022 – The AgriBank Board of Directors has appointed Steven E. Cunningham as an outside director on the board effective immediately.

A veteran financial services executive, Cunningham, of Chicago, has been chief financial officer of Enova International, a financial technology company, since 2016. He has an extensive background in capital markets, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, risk management, tax, and treasury.  

Prior to Enova, Cunningham was chief risk officer of Discover Financial Services, where he had joined as corporate treasurer. Earlier he was chief financial officer of Harley-Davidson Financial Services, and he served in various corporate and line of business finance leadership positions at Capital One Financial Corporation. He also has experience as a bank regulator with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. 

Cunningham received a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama and an MBA from The George Washington University. He also holds the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Cunningham will serve a term that runs through the AgriBank 2023 Annual Meeting.
