Applications for the William J. Collins Scholarship accepted through March 5, 2026
AgriBank is once again partnering with Agriculture Future of America (AFA) to offer the William J. Collins Scholarships to children of employees across the AgriBank District. These scholarships honor former AgriBank CEO William J. Collins for his dedication and service to Farm Credit.
Two scholarships of $2,000 each are available to graduating high school seniors and current college students who have not previously received this award. Eligible applicants must be pursuing a four‑year degree in an agriculture‑related field, planning a career in rural America, or demonstrating interest in a field connected to agriculture. This opportunity is part of the AFA Leader and Academic Scholarships program.
Scholarship recipients will also receive an invitation to attend the AFA Leaders Conference—an elite professional development and career exploration event for outstanding food and agriculture students—scheduled for November 12–15, 2026.
Selection will be based on applicants’ career goals and vision, leadership and community involvement, and financial need.
